MonitorCam is a motion detection program that can be used to easily set up an inexpensive home security system. MonitorCam can generate alarm sounds, save captured motion images to disk and send email alerts with image attachments.

The filter performs motion estimation and compensation in a video stream. It allows to show macroblocks' partition and motion vectors as well. The performance of the filter can be configured setting parameters in a dialog box. The filter also supports job control, which allows to use it in the AviSynth utility.
